They wanted to increase payment flexibility and increase brand loyalty through the use of the site whilst continuing to grow sales. We worked closely with them to implement a new finance system, enabling them to offer 0% Finance on large purchases. And through the creation of a rewards programme, increased brand loyalty and helped transfer and retain as many past customers as possible from their ebay store.
